#Petebones, one of CL Medilaw’s superhero’s, has now completed his part in the At Home Superhero Challenge 2020 and what an amazing job he has done! Not only has he exceeded his target, but on 2 July he pushed an impressive 25.23km in one go at a lightning speed of 34.1kmh – go #Petebones!

We asked him how he found the challenge and he said that taking part in the SuperHeroTri at home was different, but definitely enjoyable. He told us: “I enjoyed seeing everyone’s updates on social media and the inclusiveness of it all and how everyone did it their own way. We may have all been apart but we were together in the challenge.”

You may recall that Pete is raising money for The Bone Cancer Research Trust and Stockport Wheelchair Racing. The Bone Cancer Research Trust is based in Leeds and is the only charity in the UK dedicated to primary bone cancer, with a focus on researching into a cure and kinder treatments for bone cancer, and support for bone cancer patients, their families and friends. Stockport Wheelchair Racing is an inclusive wheelchair sports group based at Stockport Harriers Athletics Track, which is a dynamic group catering for disability and giving the opportunity to try wheelchair racing.

Pete may have finished the challenge but his fundraising is still ongoing. To donate and support his chosen charities, please follow the below links:
