Miss X, child, was involved in a high-speed road traffic accident on a motorway in France. She suffered a severe brain injury, among other injuries.
Miss X and her family were living in the UK at the time of the accident but subsequently moved to the Netherlands, and then later to France.

The case managers do not exist in the same capacity in France, which was a challenge for Miss X and her family.
